1. Shipping Charges (Domestic)
We offer clear and straightforward shipping rates across India based on your total order value:

Orders of 999 INR and Above: Shipping all over India is completely FREE.

Orders Below 999 INR: A flat delivery charge of 60 INR will be added to your total bill at checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Under ideal circumstances, your domestic order should reach your designated delivery address within 7 days from the date of dispatch.
Please Note: If your shipment does not arrive within this 7-day window after being dispatched, you are instructed to contact us personally so we can track and resolve the issue immediately.
3. Buyer Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Providing a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address—including the recipient’s full name, correct contact number, and exact pincode—is strictly and entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
Zoria will not be held accountable for missing shipments, delayed deliveries, or return-to-origin (RTO) packages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or faulty address details provided during checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, our website system cannot process or tackle international shipments directly.
